Based in the important wine town of Langenlois in Kamptal and working organically, Rosner produce an absolutely classic expression of Gruner Veltliner with notes of dill, dried grass and lifted light herbal pepper notes. With good concentration and a salty finish this is perfect for simply prepared fish, chicken and pasta.
