Slow cooked beef and red wine Tortelloni – 250g
Artisan Tortelloni is hand-folded one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high free-range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and durum wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well.
It’s filled with slow-cooked beef which is slowly braised and roasted to ensure the most incredible melt-in-your-mouth texture. Try them with one of our pasta sauces or our rapeseed oil and grated Charmer cheese from our dairy section.
Italian sausage Tortelloni – 250g

Spinach and Ricotta Tortelloni – 250g
Our Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni are an all-time classic at its best! The delicious and creamy filling is made from scratch in our London kitchens by cooking whole spinach leaves with a bit of garlic, and then adding fresh Ricotta cheese and Italian grated cheese.
Our pasta is made using a blend of selected Italian 00 and Durum Wheat flours, and feature a high Free Range egg content (30%) for better, more consistent cooking. Tortelloni are hand-folded.
Try them with one of our pasta sauces or our rapeseed oil and grated Charmer cheese from our dairy section.
