Every single Brick Frozen that leaves the Norwich production facility has been hand-crafted from beginning to end using traditional Neapolitan methods. From sauces, meats, and flour, they source all of the ingredients from Italy and work closely with a handful of Norfolk farmers, suppliers and producers to ensure our vegetables are of the highest possible quality.
Brick have also made the step to reduce their carbon footprint where possible resulting in all their packaging being 100% recyclable.
