The domaine is situated close to Pézenas and comprises 45 hectares of land scattered amongst the scrub. Limestone soils and a situation in the north of the appellation give the wines a special mineral freshness. This rose is a blend of Cinsault and Syrah, and it ticks all the boxes for the perfect after-work wine, with delicate red fruits and a crisp, dry palate.
